Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• In its original packaging

• In perfect resale condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items:
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
