Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (production time).

Once your order is ready, shipping times are as follows:

• Switzerland: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We ship using reliable postal services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Aligned Ambition is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
